Please help don't know what's going on.

Hello I'm 19 years old and I'm completely confused on whats going on with my body. I started my period on the 15th of October which was a couple day late) and ended on the 21st of October which was a very long period for me because they usually only last about 4 days. Then on the 30th of October I restarted in the same month (not due till the 12th of November) heavy bleeding bad cramping at first then got lighter and lighter till about the 5th of November it is now the 7th and I am spotting a brown discharge mainly on when I wipe but some in my panny liner. I just took a test and it came out negative Did i take it to early? Could this all be cause i Could be pregnant?I've read it could be  implantation bleeding? Or I could of had a miscarriage? I really need help and a peace of mind I have been nothing but stressed:( someone please help explain what could be going on.

I might just be over reacting. I'm just scared because last march I also had a miscarriage and am terrified of that happening again.
But thank you for the peace of mind this has never happened before so I just wasn't sure.
