Worried

I had ovarian cancer in 07' and the doctors told me it was a slim chance that I would ever get pregnant. Well now I am 9 weeks pregnant and I am in such fear of loosing this baby because this is like winning the lottery to me. When I had my surgery they removed my right ovary and scraped the left one. For the past couple of days I have been having really bad menstral cramping and spotting like a tanish brown cream and I am not sure what to think about it because when I take a pregnancy test it says positive still. Should I be worried about having a miscarrige. Are my chances of carrying a baby just ad good as anyone elses who hasn't had as many female problems as me?

Certainly worth checking out.  A pregnancy test could be positive for a while after a miscarriage.  I don't know facts, but now that you are pregnant, unless your uterus was affected by your situation you would be in the same risk group as everyone else.  If your doctor said you would have a slim chance at getting pregnant and *maintaining* a pregnancy that would be different.

Congratulations on overcoming the odds.  Definitely see someone to be sure what is going on.

i think better to see the doctor about the menstrual cramping you are having, bcoz its related to your pregnancy. Good luck
