am I losing my baby

Sunday i started having pain in my lower abdonman,groin,pelvic and in my thigh only on my right side of my body the pain got so bad I was rushed to the er were I was admitted they ran some test and said that my beta hcg was a 4056so they did a ultra sound they did not see my baby or my left ovary so they put me on some antibiotic  tylenol because they feared I was having a ectopic pregnancy the morning before I was discharged they that I am misscarring that I should go home and get some rest and follow up with my regular doctor in the morning i almost forgot that I did start bleeding yesterday very very light and very little not enough to fill a panty liner so has anyone ever been missed diagnosed of having a misscarry and they had a baby

well went that appt to find out that i have a bact infection that she will not treat with untill after my misscarry but the infection is what is causing me all the pain so if I keep this infection it will surely make me lose my baby

You need to contact your OB-GYN right away as the ER suggested you follow up.  You will never get the answers on this forum that your doctor can provide you.  I don't mean to sound discouraging, but an exam and further testing from your doctor is the ONLY way you will have the answers you are looking for.
