concerned

I miscarried 3 weeks ago. Got a clean bill of health from the OB on Friday. I'm going on birth control for 3 months then ttc again. My problem is I'm having pain in my butt when I sit, move, walk, going potty. There's pain when we have sex also inside my vagina when hubby's in deep. Is this normal after m/c? If I had ovary issues wouldn't they have shown up in all the ultrasounds I had the past 3 weeks?  The butt pain isn't a tailbone issue cuz I've cracked that before and its different. Or could it be from sitting/laying on my a$$ for 3-ish weeks waiting to see if I m/c or not? Did I aggravate a nerve?  But the pain is getting worse day after day.

Thank you AP. If I keep activity to low impact, no jumping, running, no sex the pain isn't bad. So I'm working out and walking to burn some calories but keeping it easy. I made an app with my infertility specialist to see what steps to do next. Thanks for your support!

I'm sorry for your loss. After I had my m/cs I had pain that was quite similiar to what your describing. You got a clean bill of health but maybe your body just needs more time to heal before you bd again. I would wait a week or so and see how your feeling. I would see a chiropractor for your back/tail bone it could help! I hope you feel better soon. Take care I"m here if you need to talk.
