first miscarriage

My husband and i have been trying for awhile  now to get pregnant.. But this month i started my period 2 days early December 7th..  Well come January 4th i was still spotting no cramps,no blood clots and no major blood loss. I decide somethings wrong cause I've been spotting almost a month, i go to see my doctor who tells me I'm pregnant which was a total shock....considering I've been spotting for almost 30 days. She said there was a chance of it bring a tubal pregnancy.I was so happy but sad at the same time cause there was no way of telling if it was tubal i was only the most 3 weeks.then next morning i get up and use the rest room, there's more blood them normal soooooo my husband takes me to the er they do some test a pap and a probe sonogram.during the pap they tell me my cervix is open  which is a sign of miscarriage, the sono they don't see anything in my tubes but they also don't see anything in my uterus....not even a sacc... I go back to the doctor this Monday, I'm just very confused . This is my first miscarriage so I'm really scared and don't know what to do. is there a chance it's still to early to see the  and they might be wrong about my miscarriage?
Sincerely, Scared & Confused

Am sorry to hear about that Hun, hope you had some positive news on Monday. But with a open cervix the chance of miscarriage is higher then with a closed cervix and bleeding. But miracles do happen and the cervix can close and keep everything in and pregnancy can continue normal and healthy. I wish you all the best.
