getting pregnant after d&c

i had a d&c on march 18,2009 and had a period on april 14 but only lasted two days first day was heavy then the next was light..wondering if that is normal..were wanting to conceive soon doctor said not until july but everyone says after first mentral just wondering if we do conceive now a month after d&c can it cause another misscarriage??please help

yeah your periods can be strange after the d n c.  so heres my story.  i had a mc in sept 07 and had a d and c.  i got my period uin nov 07 and was pregnant again by dec.  i then again miscarried and had another d and c in feb 08 cause of it.  

after that 2nd mc and d and c, i saw a special doctor, he ran tons of tests and all were fine, no real reason for my 2 mc's right in a row.  after the 2nd one i waited and tried again in may 08 and by june missed my period and was pregnant.  9 weeks ago i gave birth to my handsome son.

i swear that i did not give my body enough time after the first one and i do advise people to wait at least 2 cycles before you try so your uterus has a nice thick healthy lining to carry your little one.  after a d and c your thining is so thin and needs time to build up.

I would defiantly wait until july you can hurt yourself and could cause another miscarriage.
