Hi there, sorry for your sickness, but u need to be admitted asap! Please just go to the ER. I know you don't want the IV yet, but you need it. This is not good for you or the baby. Just go already...Good Luck!!

You need to go back to the doctor or hospital. You and your baby need food and if you can't keep it down then it's not good for either of you, especially if you become dehydrated.
Hospital is never fun and it sounds like with your last pregnancies you spent abit of time there but unfortunately you really need to get food and fluids into you. You need to tell then that whatever they have given you previously is not working and your still being sick.
Is there anything you can keep down? Like soup or crackers/dry biscuits?
Not keeping food down will affect the baby, if your feeling tired and drained then so is the baby, it's feeding off you and taking your nutrients, that's partly why your feeling so bad.

this is my fourth pregnancy all three other ones I have hyperemesis they put me on zofran and regulating and compazine but I wind up with an IV halfway through my pregnancy just a poly for fluids at her I just I don't know if I'm only 4 months pregnant and I don't know if I want to go through all of this crap all over again and so soon so I'm trying so hard to not continue to go to the emergency room I just feel so drained I feel sluggish like I need food everything I eat I throw up and if I take this zofran it might settle my stomach for a little bit but I still throw it right back I just don't want home I v services already .......I don't want to hurt the baby but the force of reheating and throwing up food hurts so bad I sweat and then feel light headed .....food has become my worst enemy ..I ask my self do I really want to throw this up ...how much will it hurt ...I mostly throw up bile .........

Hi there.  Well, this sounds horrible.  What does your ob/gyn say?  I would absolutely be seen.  There is medication that you CAN take when you have severe vomiting when pregnant.  You need to be on this.   Being dehydrated when pregnant (why they give you the fluids) is dangerous.  make sure you are drinking.  When nauseated, just drink frequently, like ever 15 minutes but don't drink a lot each time.  This is very important.

As to nutrition, I think you should first focus on staying hydrated.  but you need some medication.  This is beyond morning sickness (which is often over after the first trimester concludes) but this is more of a serious condition.

Have you been in contact with your ob/gyn about this??  Please call today!

good luck
