how soon can I get pregnant afte aD & C... please help

Hello,  

I miscarried on oct 21st and had a D&C on the 21st at 9 weeks of being pregnant, I already had my first cycle on Nov 22nd and, my hubby and I want to try again soon but we aren't sure of how long we have to wait to start trying again, we don't want to risk the chance of miscarrying again.  Does anyone know when it's safe to try again after a D&C, how long does it take for the lining of the uterus to be strong again??? Please help!!!

Thank you for your comment, I will probably wait one more cycle to start trying, I really want  a baby but I am very very scared it's gonna happen again and I'm almost afraid to try.

My dr told me the average to wait is 3 cycles, and that's mostly due to emotions.  One of my good friends had a MC and waited one cycle to get pregnant, got pregnant right away and gave birth to a very healthy little boy.

They say to wait at least 1 cycle because then you can know when your last cycle was, and it also gives you a little bit to recover physically.
