miscarriage and abnormality

i had a miscarriage last year november and two weeks ago lost my 5 months pregnancy due to abnormalities.what could be the causes and how can i prevent these from reoccuring.thanks

Im so sorry you are going through this.  I had to have an abortion at 14 weeks due to a very abnormal fetus,  In my case we think we now know what caused it (i was working with my husband and using a lot of stain which has horrible chemicals...I had NO IDEA i was preg.  we kind of gave up after years of trying)  BUT, just in case my dr. has added an addtional folic acid pill as well as the prenatel I am taking.  The ttc part is taking forever, but they say the best chance for the baby is to take the folic acid for 3 months before concieving.  Again, I am so sorry, but talk to your dr. about the folic acid!

sometimes that can mean you dont have enough vietmens in your system to carry, in the begginning of a pregnancy, the sperm might not get along with your egg and can cause presant and or future misscarriages. But that last part only happens to like every 1 in 100 people. So i'd go with the fisrt one. Is the place that you live stressed induced?
