Jlc, I know it's hard, but try to find a way to put it in your head that this can be a positive thing and that everything will be fine, and once you've convinced yourself of those things it gets easier. I was in your same situation, but I unfortunately lost the one conceived right after miscarriage (Don't let that worry you, my doctor thinks that I have a chemical imbalance and you don't sound like you have that problem :) so don't let that scare you at all!). When I was going the next time around right after miscarriage every day was full of fear and my nerves and body were just totally shot. I spent a lot of time in bed just trying to regain my energy, and every trip to the bathroom was filled with paranoia that this time I would see blood. All the things you are feeling are totally normal! Your body hasn't had time to rest and it's working overtime, but it gets better.

All you can do for yourself in these days is to tell yourself that it'll be ok, and make yourself believe it! When you really believe it (or even just a little bit believe it) you start to think about other happy things and get more optimistic and happy about everything, because really underneath everything you do seem to be happy to be having a baby, and that happiness is just buried under all the worry!

Well hello there.  I have been chatting with you on your other post.  I would guess that the emotions you are experiencing are a combination of hormones, fear of a repeat loss and probably primarly the other situation you have been talking about on Pregnancy 18-34.  Given all you have been through and are currently going through, I'm not surprised your feeling this way.  I strongly urge you to speak to your Dr.  There is help available for you.  All the best to you.
