not sure if having miscarriage
I normally have a normal to light flow with my menstrual cycle with few blood clots. I got my period early this morning and found a clot that was "weird" for lack of a better word. It was a light pink and white color and gummy in texture mixed in some blood. I have never had this so freaking out a bit. Anyone know if this is a normal thing or miscarriage Im not really sure where to start?
I have had this once or twice and am pretty sure I wasn't pregnant. It's just one of those things. If you've been travelling or dieting or stressed your hormones might be whacky and the lining of your uterus might not be so broken up as usual.
