how do i know im pregnant

how do i know im pregnant? i concieved about like on april 4th after i got off my period on april 3 and when we did concieved on april 4th he injaculaed in me and im still testing to see if im pregnant ive tested yesterday april 29 and it came out negative , but im a few days late on my period. do i wait a few more days to test again or do i just go to the doctors or just wait until my period should come?

First off unprotected sex does not mean you "conceived". Conception happens when the sperm meets the egg resulting in pregnancy. I agree with the others that you are more then likely not pregnant. Ovulation doesn't happen until mid cycle. Almost anything can effect your period and make it late. I do have some honest advice if you are infact 14. I was 17 when i got pregnant with my son. It was very hard for me for awhile. I had a job, loving boyfriend (who is now my husband), and support. It was still very hard so i would suggest using protection until you are able to handle a child. I strongly recommend the pill and condoms or just waiting until you are a bit older.

I completely agree with Laci....you are more than likely NOT pregnant.  At 14 years old, there are so many things that can make your period late.  Weight changes, diet changes, stress, sexually transmitted diseases and infections, your body growing....etc.  You are very young to be having unprotected sex (well - sex in general).  Sexual relations should be shared by two people who are in a loving committed relationship and can handle anything that may happen as a result of those relations.  Pregnancy is an extremely hard responsibility that never  goes away.  You are also running the risk of getting an STD or STI - something that can ruin your life and prevent you from ever having children in the future.  Please be more careful.  I know no one can make you stop being irresponsible, but at least protect yourself with the pill, condoms, or something!!

if you had sex right after you finished your period, then it is possible you may not be pregnant.  You don't ovulate for at least 14 days after the first day you start your period.  If you had sex right after your period ended then you probably had not ovulated yet.  However, spern can stay in your body for up to 5 days so if you did happen to ovulate within those 5 days it is still possible that you could be pregnant.  I would just relax and try not to think about it right now and just wait it out to see if you do start.  A lot of times, if you get worried or stressed out about something (like thinking you are pregnant) it can cause your period to be late.  Being that your tests have been negative, I would just wait a few more days to see if you start first.  I ended up being 5 days late one time because I had stressed myself out thinking I was pregnant.   Also, if you are 14, I would advise that you hold off on the sex for quite a few more years!  You are way to young to become a mom, and you haven't even finished being a kid yourself.  Please, if you are 14, find other ways to spend your time, there will be plenty of time for sex when you are well old enough!
