Hi can anyone tell me how far dialated will someone be if they miscarried at 12 weeks. And how have any of you ladies coped with it, also did any of you really stress(over one week)? Thanks!

I can't tell you how dialated one is when they mc. I was 11 weeks, I dont know if its the same dialation as if you went to term or not.

As for pain, I have cried, talked to others and the ladies of this forum have been incredible. Being that this was my first known mc I took ot hard, and its been a month. Some days are good, some are harder. I try to keep busy, talk abouy it etc. Give yourself time to grieve. Don't let someone tell ypu when you need to be over it.

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not sure about the dilation but I do know that I was stressed and over thinking everything for months afterwards, at the time I thought I was fine but now when I look back I can see that I wasn't. Everyone handles their emotions differently, but I found talking to my partner/family/best friend really helped and so do these forums, no one will know how your feeling but they will be able to relate. All I can suggest is try to talk about how your feeling with people you trust, keep as busy as possible and give yourself time to grieve.
