repeated chemical pregnancies but nothing is seen on ultrasound

Hello. I am 29 years old. Married for 4 years. Since now i have 6 miscarriages. I always have a low rising beta hcg. Like around 30 to 300. On ultrasound no sac is visible. After 15 to 20 days of a positive blood test i always pass an intact decidual cast around 6 to 8 cm and everything ends. Sperm count is 15 million  (65%abnormal ). Can you help me with the diagnosis. I have tried i/m hormonal injections but nothing works

Hi, so sorry you are dealing with chemical pregnancies.  I have had 6 of them (most with either very low, or slow rising betas).  Passed an actual sac only once, when I got as far as 5.5 weeks.  We are doing icsi/ivf with donor eggs.  Dr. first felt issue was with sperm, however now wondering about immune issues (I have positive antinuclear antibodies).  Have tried embryo transfers using immune drugs but I only have chemicals.  You mention the 65% abnormal sperm.  Deep down in my gut, I feel the chemical pregs are due to problems with the embryos.  Have you been tested for immune issues?
