still having a bleeding

I've been pregnant for 8 weeks and have a miscarriage last November 26. It was supposedly our first baby with my husband but unfortunately it was really not meant for us.. I have a spotting for three days and after it at the dawn of Nov. 26 I wake up and felt pain in my lower abdomen. Before we reach the hospital I felt that there is something fell from my cervix to my undies and when I see it I think it was really the fetus... Now my question is until now Dec. 27 I still have bleeding.. What am I going to do?

My doctor told me that it takes about 6 weeks for hormones to go back to normal after a m/c. I bled/spotted for 6 weeks with my m/c and my Dr told me that was not abnormal. They did not do an ultrasound on me with my m/c because my hcg levels were decreasing appropriately. Have you had your hcg levels checked lately?

I do think you need to rest, but also, doing some household chores shouldn't have caused bleeding for a month. I really would like for you to see a doctor, even if the bleeding has stopped. Please let me know how things go. :) If you need to talk, you can always leave me a note :)

Some of my folks said that this things that are happening to me is just a relapse because after I returned home from the hospital one week later I already made some household chores. Is these an effect of those things? Which I should have take a bedrest instead of doing things such as those household chores?

Thank you so much for your advice ms. erica. I haven't gone through ultrasound. These past few days it was just spotting but two days ago i have gone through a full bleeding but at this moment it's gone. I will keep you updated. Thank you so much. I think I really need to see a doctor.

I am so sorry for your loss. If you're still bleeding a month later, you really need to go back to the doctor. Is it spotting or full on bleeding? Did they do an ultrasound to see what was happening? The best we can do here is give you advice based on our own experiences. I really think you need some sound medical advice. Please let me know how things go. Good luck.
