Hand spasticity

Hello all,
I have a question...During the night I get muscle spasms over most of my body.  I have taken Flexeril, which does help a little, but I have now noticed that my hands are open and flexed out.  (Jazz Hand) when I wake up every so often.  Then they are stiff in the morning. It also happens periodically during the day. So I will shake it out. Is this part of the muscle spasms?  I am not Dx'd yet.

Welp....just when I thought I could handle the hand spasms, I kept getting woken up last night by my muscles tightening around my chest.  One time even made my chest pop!  Then I tried to use my left hand and it was stuck open...geez. When I worked on it alittle I could bend it but it was like being double jointed!
I havent tried any other drugs except flexeril.  I suppose I need to go to the Dr.  Fun fun!
Tonic water with a little lemon is real nice :)

I'm not Dx'd either and also get spasms all over (didn't start that way... kind of morphed over the past 15 months). I get hand spasms that look like "the claw", though they can happen any time of day or night. Shot my toothbrush across the room once - great party trick, lol! I take baclofen, which helps only a little. Have tried others which were worse for me. You drinking tonic water for the quinine yet?
