Today I saw the neurologist...Finally!
After two cancellations,and much discouragement,I finally saw my neurologist today.So far,I'm impressed!The nurse even told me that I had the best MS doctor!
We discussed my symptoms.I told him about my Fibromyalgia diagnosis in 2002;but that my symptoms were more neurological than muscular.
I had with me the disc of my brain MRI taken in 2009.He was glad to see that so that he would have a comparison! He said there were no lesions on it.But since it had been 5 yrs,he ordered another one.And not just of the brain;it will also include the thoracic region of the spine.I'll get the MRI done here at the local hospital and then see him again on Aug 25th.
