Fed up with these symptoms and everything, help please

So it's Christmas Eve... just my luck to be freaking out.... Anyways, I'm sick of these sensations I've been getting... I'm 19 years-old and since July I have been experiencing strange symptoms... I have OCD/anxiety, yes, but I have never experienced something like this... Here is a list of my symptoms: Burning sensations, stabbing, pricking sensations, muscle cramps in the legs that are a lot of the time brought on by exercise, hot/cold sensations, warm sensations, muscle twitching all over the body, itching, a lot of the time I'll say the wrong word, or I'll use 'sh' a lot when it's unnecessary- like shuper instead of super could be an example... All these symptoms have been bothering me ever since June, they have fluxuated a bit.. Like in July it was mainly the hot/cold sensations, then in august muscle twitching began, september muscle cramps got worse, and now currently it's mainly stabbing/itching/prickling sensations muscle twitching all over, plus muscle cramp in the legs.. At certain times of the day these symptoms aren't as bad.. A lot of the time it was at night time... During the night I'd feel a bit better.. I went to the neurologist in september and had lumbar/cervical/brain non-contrast MRI which came out normal , plus a series of blood tests...... I'm finding it hard to believe this is just my anxiety.. These symptoms are always there and they won't go away.... Even when I am calm or have my mind occupied.. I know anythings possible, but seriously I just can't believe it's my anxiety anymore... I'm sick of just walking around for a bit and getting leg cramps, could this really be anxiety? It just seems like a phsyiological problem to me.....  Please help

Hi, I understand about one's body doing all these weird thingsand hhaving no explanation for it.

I believe at some point we all have anxiety in our lives. I've certainly had my share! I know how I react to stress and what I've been feeling isn't it. You know best how you react to stress and anxiety too. I had a doctor tell me a few years ago that my horrible neck pain, which I had waited a long time to even report, was due to stress. I persisted and was referred to a specialist and guess what? I have cervical spondylosis and all kinds of other issues going on back there!

Now I have neurological issues on my right side. At first they, too, were dismissed by my first neurologist.  As I've been going through testing, it is now apparent that it isn't stress after all. Of course, I still don't know what I have, yet we're getting there.

I guess I went the long way to say that you know yourself better than anyone. If you believe something is wrong that is out of the norm, seek answers.

I hope you feel better and have a blessed holiday.

Hugs, Minnie :)

This could be ,well you said you have OCD/anxiety , are you taking any treatment for these . It is better to see a psychiatrist to get a better diagnosis if you haven't done it already
