Your opinion needed

I am getting ready to go to bed and I cannot make up my mind in regards to my scheduled neuro appt tomorrow.  This is with the lazy neuro.  The one I intend to get rid of and the one I called the medical board on.  Here is my question...would you keep the last appt or just let it go?  I will check back as soon as I get up because the appt is at 9:30.  I really need your input.

thanks guys,
terry

It is 9am.  The appt is at 9:30.  I am still in my PJs. Guess that means I am not going :)  I guess I just needed my friends to tell me what I already knew.

thanks,
terry
I do have a different doc lined up.  Appt Apr 28, 2hrs and 15 mins from home.

Morning Terry,
If he was bad enough to report to the board - MY vote is to cancel.  Save that extra money & energy for a different doctor.

I was in that same situation with my last neuro and decided not to go to the last appointment.  It wasn't like he would miss me anyway or even give me another thought considering the very poor medical care I got from him.  Like everyone else said, if your gut says "forget it" then cancel.  You won't get stuck with a cancellation charge doing it this late would you?

Let us know what you decide.

It looks like the consenus of the Forum, is what you were already feeling in your "gut."  Cancel.  If this is a doctor you had to report to the Medical Board, he certainly will do you no good at the appointment tomorrow.

So I vote to just not show up.

I hope you're not losing any sleep over this one; I think you have nothing to gain by visiting the lazy neuro, and I'm pretty sure you know that by now!

I vote for cancelling, unless you can think of any good reason to go.

It sounds like the guy doesn't deserve to get paid for another visit.  I vote cancel!

I went to my last appointment with the neuromaniac knowing it would be my last, but I wanted to see if there was anything at all to pick from his brain.  I was glad I went, because it confirmed that I'd already made the right decision when I began looking for somewhere else to go.

Do you really, really think you will get something positive from him??  If so go.  If you feel you owe him a "show up," don't be silly.  He owed you stuff and failed to deliver.

As they say on BSG - "Frak him."
