Hi, Serenity.

Neck 'fizzing' is incredibly common. There is a very long thread on this in the Neurology community. When I turn my head from side to side I sometimes hear a sort of squishy sound, which may be the same thing or close. Apparently this is due to arthritic changes, or so my ENT said, but it's totally painless for me so I ignore it.

Burning in hands and feet is much more likely to be from some kind of peripheral neuropathy This often happens to diabetics and those who are very low in B12, though there are other causes for PN. MS causing this is unlikely because you'd need 4 symmetrical lesions to get this effect, 2 for hands, 2 for feet. That is a very simplistic explanation but basically holds true.

If you are not being evaluated by a neuro, though, you should be. Also a primary doctor to do a lot of blood work. Your symptoms are worrisome, and I hope you get some relief soon.

Hi there,

Very hard to say if this is a sign or not since you are still in the workup phase.

Can you call the Dr. who you are seeing? Or at least your regular MD for a once over?

Hope you feel better soon :(
