Dizziness/foggy feeling

HI
I would love any suggestions as I'm getting desperate.  I have had this feeling for 3 years, and its getting worse.
It first started with extreme dizziness/blurred vision episodes every other month.  To now I'm in a fog/dizzy state most mornings, and it goes away in the afternoons.  I feel like I'm drugged and that I cant move my head around during those times.  On bad days, I have to lay down all day, and look out of one eye, as my vision is blurred and I'm extremely dizzy.
I've had good results from MRI's of my brain, EEG's, blood work, ear testing, vestibular testing, eye tests etc.
I do have low blood pressure, and we're currently watching that.  I have an appointment to see a heart Dr.
I havent had allergy testing done.  I have been seeing a Neurologist all of this time, and think she is trying?

Did you find an answer to what was causing your dizziness? I am having the exact same symptoms including low blood pressure and am not sure if I should follow up with a neurologist. All other tests are normal, cardiologist says Im healthy.
