Horrible Head Pain and Eye Pain

Hi.

I am 23, in good shape. My day job is a Web Developer and I sit on the computer alot, possibly up to 17 hours a day when I am busy.

Recently I started drinking lots of waters because I had trouble having bowel movements. I wasn't eating properly due to lack of food in the house, but my bowel now seems to be normal. Upon drinking lots of water (within the daily limit) I started to get a headache and it has been present for the past 3 days. I don't usually drink alot of water, usually its tea and pop but the past 4 days I have just been drinking water.

The headache is around the side of the head on both sides. It starts around the ear are and sometimes goes to the back of my head. The pain is terrible buts its like a dull aching pain. It just comes and goes. Sometimes light will set it of other times I get the pain and my eyes start to hurt. I noticed whilst using the computer my eyes would hurt and its like someone was blowing cold wind into them.

I am not sure what this is. I have noticed the pain go to as far as my jaw. I though it maybe something to do with my jaw because my jaw is set far back anyway (i have problems with my teeth) but I am getting no pain in my jaw.

I have no vision problems. I was tested 2 months ago because doctor noticed I had large optic disks but the eye doctor said I was fine and it was physiologic disk cupping, meaning i was born with it and its not harmful.

I have booked an appointment to see my doctor but its in 6 days as the doctors is full.

Would love some advice.

I am sorry for posting over and over but the first time i noticed the paid was about 4 days ago and I had the feeling like a mild hangover all day. I hadn't drank alchol so it could not be a hangover.

Also I forgot to mention, overall I feel kind of ill. My body feels like its ill, you know the sort of ill you feel when you have a cold, although I know this isn't a cold.

If its any use to you I also have drop foot which the doctor said is caused by a nerve that runs from my big to, to my ankle and up the side of your leg. Along this area on my foot (just along the nerve path) I have slight numbness. I can't lift my big to upwards or my foor upwards. My other toes I can. I can move my foot and toes downwards, thats not a problem.
