HELP!?

I'm 38 yrs. old in this past week dotors thought I had a sroke and or seizers.  Now they are telling me that I have A Typical Migrianes.  My symptoms are shaking, tingling,jsut stroke like symptoms. My right side is affected.  The right side of my mouth has  dropped. the doctors.has put me on Topamax and Klonopin.  I take thee at bed time I sleep well, but during the day I still feelthe muscles on the inside jitter.  My right side is weak and just doing the smallest chores I get very tired.  The doctors has ran MRI EEG EKG the blood flow in my heart and neck.  Alll the test came out good, but this still does not explain why I stillhave these sympoms.  Everytime I have one it get worse, this last time I couldn't talk.  I'm just hoping that someone out there can help me.
