MRI results
I had a brain MRI done because of possibles Meniere's disease.
Findings:
No intracranial mass affect. No extracerebral collections. The fourth ventricle is midline. The cranial base and calvarium appear to be intact.
The brainstem is not expanded. No internal signal aberrations are seen. The foramen magnum and the floor of the anterior cranial fossa are clear.
There is a mild degree of cerebral and cerebellar cortical sulcal prominence, significance questionable.  What does this mean?

It sounds a bit similar to an MRI that my husband had with the Sulcal prominence.  What were your symptoms? Are you seeing a Neurologist? They are a wealth of knowledge if you have a good one.

Good luck and take care

I have been having bouts of vertigo and off balance feelings usually associated with allergies. My ENT ordered the MRI to rule out MS or a brain tumor. I have not seen a neurologist yet.

Thanks,
