Pain in left Temple

I have just recently felt a dull pain in my left temple. It felt like A bruise, and went away after I rubbed it for a while. But now I feel somewhat dizzy.

I'm about 20 weeks pregnant. Could this be related at all? I also tend to get really bad migraines although I haven't had one in a few weeks. The pain seemed to be worse when I moved my jaw. Like I said it only lasted a few minutes, and seemed to be really random.  Now I feel a bit of pressure but nothing too bothersome.

I'd appreciate any help I could get.
Thank you.

Hi,

It will help us to know if you clench your teeth at night or if you have the habit of chewing gum. If yes, the likely cause is TMJ or temporomandibular joint dysfunction. The condition can cause severe sharp pain in the temple region.
Another possibility is headache due to allergies especially if you have a positive history of allergies.
Please discuss this issue with your GP and OBGYN. Take care!

I am not a doctor just had 3 kids.  But is there anyway you can call your doctor?  It sounds like something you need to call ASAP!  Just my 2 cents...Best to you!
