Dissyness frequent Headaches and throat problems.

Im not too sure if this is the right room but I would like help.

I am a 18 year old High School Student and working part-time in a quite stressfull job. Whenever I partake in physical activity a headache come around and the pain is either extreamly painfull to a light annoyence. Another problem I have is Dissyness, I become dissy and weak about twice a month. I can't imagine what could be wrong but It gets really bad (waking up 6-8 times a night, speech somewhat impared, cannot concentrate) and I was wondering if its just that I have no luck in avoiding colds or is it me. Another problem I have is my throat has very frequent problems. Its scratchy and feels that I have small holes in my throat. I get this quite frequently and I do not Smoke, Injest alcohol or do any drugs. Im sorry if this isnt grammicly correct but I am sick now and seeking help.

Thank you in advance

Dear Scott Carnegie:

Sorry to hear about your problems.  It is difficult to tell over the internet, but you might have migraine headaches.  In teen-agers they can be seen as episodic dizziness with or without headache.  If there is a family history of migraine, this would add to the possibility.  I would suggest seeing a neurologist, perferred a pediatric neurologist.  I am sorry, but I can't comment on the dry throat.
