always in pain

I have really bad shoulder,neck and arm pain with a weak eye on and off all on left side I'm always in a cold sweat and just stopped working because I cant take it anymore. Also on same side have 2 trigger fingers I had cortisone shots for those and going back for thumb or wrist stenosis another shot.I need help the pain is unbearable

Feels like I have tremors in my head , stiff neck ,stiff shoulders,ears ring and some weakness when this happens. Could stress be causing all this??? Sometimes it feels like if I hold my nose and pop my ears it goes away, but always comes back. Rest seems to help untill evening time comes and it always comes back. What is wrong with me??

I am sorry that you are suffering so much pain.  Can you give further description of your symptoms?  Have you been to see a physician, and if so, have you been given any diagnosis?  You may also consider working with a pain management specialist if you have not already done so.
