Ended up in ER room 2 times in one week feet felt like they were going to explode , they tested blood all ok , white blood count off a little but nothing serious .
as the DR noted .Now i have swollen glands or lymph nodes under the chin about the size of quarters , some pimple like on face that i thought was pimples or black heads and they werent , now like small sores , the Drs say theres nothing wrong , but like i told them i know me and i know when something is wrong , took  xrays of chest and lower back to confirm no heart failure , or kidney problems , again blood test fine , x-rays fine , shows nothing ...but went to eye dr to see if i needed new glasses because i was having blured vision , the eye dr said  i had quit a swollen optical nerve that was creating the headaches, also i forgot to mention my tongue was with small bumps all over the back , that the drs passed off as being part of the  precausious amiema .. guess i am asking any advice on what to do?

Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Many of them are concerning for some kind of infectious process rather than a primary neurological problem. Enlarged lymph nodes, weird rashes, and an abnormal white count can be symptoms of both infection  (serious and nonserious) as well as autoimmune disorders such as lupus. I suggest you find a good internist at a major academic or clinical center if the local doc are just "passing everything off."

Neurologically, swollen optic nerves in the setting of an overweight woman are suspicious for a disease called pseudotumor cerebrii. No one exactly knows what causes this, but there is increased pressure in the brain in the absence of a tumor or primary brain problem. This can potentially cause blindness if diagnosis and treatment are delayed. I recommend a neurologist ASAP to take a look at you and perform a spinal tap to evaulte the pressure. Weight loss is the best treatment. Medical and surgical options are also available. GOod luck.
