help

I have for over a month now had infrequent numbness, in both arms, primarily the left side, with occasional head aches on the left side.  My left leg occasionally feels tight, especially radiating from the left buttocks.  I have not slept well in five weeks.  My lower back aches, left side, and there is an almost never ending tightness between my shoulder blades.  I would like some advice from someone who might steer me in the right direction.  Not knowing is the worst.  If I had health insurance I would live at the doctor's office until we found an answer, but that is not an option.  I would appreciate any ideas.
I have also been depressed for several months, and this all seemed to begin when I was hunched over a computer 5 hours a day

Hello dear,
You should consult an orthopedic physician and get  a x-ray and if required a MRI done ,.There is possibility of some of degenerative spine change which requires complete evaluation. You can do some yoga and back extension exercises which will help you.
