whats happening

Ok i dont really know whats going on with me but  for a few months now i have been dropping stuff with my right hand  have weakness on my right side arm,hand and leg. have a constant numbness feeling in my right leg cant stand on it without putting my weight on my left leg.this came on gradually and dont seem to be getting better.i even have trouble sawolling at times that has beengoing on for longer i eat something it gets stuck in my thraot i have to make myself throw up and with in a few mins i am fine and eat more no problem it seems to come in bouts i am too the point i only eat soft food all the time like applesausce  and such i make myself eat other stuff  but  i am scared too outsid ethe house when i go out to eat which my family does often due to our work schedules  i have to go to te restroom a lot and throw up. i dont have any heartburn or indigestion at all so its not that. i am scared of whats  going on. i had a EMG and NCT on sunday the nueulogist said somethinmg about moderate neuropathy i dont know what to do i see the doctor again on tuesday afternoon next week but i am really scared and my body is driving me crazy i am indepentent and its getting hard to drive have to use my left leg to drive a lot anymore .I am not a left handed person but getting better at it thanks in advance for any input

why  ?  i already watch what i eat have to due to allergies  but the stuff i am having now deals with movements and pain
