Anal Fissure?

For quite some time i have had trouble with "going to the bathroom". It has gotten so bad that i avoid going to the bathroom and hold it. I see blood but very seldom and on the TP. The pain is unbearable and i have had this problem for about two months. I feel pain now around my kidneys and an hoping that i did not cause anything further by holding it. I also try to eat less that way i could postpone going to the bathroom until i am kind of healed. I was hoping that i would not have to tell anyone.

Here are my specs:

hurts to go th the bathroom very painful.
I have been like this for about a month or two.
I hold it for over night until in the morning when the stool is softer.
Then i go but it still hurts very bad.
From holding it i hurt around the kidneys.
I am 16 years of age.
I generally have a good diet, eggs for breakfast or cereal on the weekdays, seldom eat any candy,
Ham for lunch or bread, and for dinner, usually lasagna, spaghetti, or curry.
I love spicy food but as you can guess....
I don't want to tell anyone either...

You need to see a doctor and let them test you to see what is wrong so you can be correctly treated. If you are having kidney issues you do not want it to go untreated.
