Cant eat fastfood? and additional question about salt.

Hi there.
Im a 25 year old male and would like to ask something. . . .gross. .... Sorry.

So, while ive of course been a typical teen once who lowed pizza and fast-food.... Ive kinda steared way from it the last couple of years. .. .For a couple of reasons. Low on cash due to my "situation" and just general knowledge that its not healthy in any way.

But of course there are a few times I do get some "takeout". But thats like once each half year or once every 4th months at most.

Thing is this. . . . The last year or so, every time ive gotten fast food - pizza, McD or whatever. (anything else but fries and sausages really)..... Well Ill eat it.... then 1 to 5 hours later it just wants to escape my body like a plague.
Last night for-instance, me and a friend ordered a pizza. An hour after he left I started getting a pain in my belly..... Then I had to "go". Running back and forth between the bathroom and the living room for and hour and then its all good again. (no issues today).- But its always like this it seams.

So question is.... Is this just the result of a body that is not "used" to this kinda of meals anymore? I dont think its anything alarming, but just wondering. Seams kinda weird to me anyway.

Salt.
So another question.
So just trying to be healthier, step by step..... ive completely stopped drinking cola. (well kinda a lie since we got cola with our pizza last night) but otherwise ive not had any for over 6 months. Nor due I keep sugar in the house.
But Salt im confused about......
Some say that we dont need any at all.... While some say its needed. What is the right answer.
As it is now I really dont eat salt that often... .Sure there is salt in many products we buy....(and I do at times add it if Im having meat or something just to add some extra taste.)  but a poor mans meal plan might simply be oats, rice and pasta for some periods. . . . So not really any salt there.
So yeah.... Should I be "adding" some salts or is it fine without?

Hey sleeplseep,
You might have to re-educate yourself in order to get out of this one.
You probably suffer from leaky gut syndrome and gut dysbiosis,
for starters.
Look up the SCD and the GAPS diets. They are a bit extreme, however,
in comparison with what some people have gone through, like unnecessary invasive surgeries, drugs for life many with side affects, and not only no improvements but serious further deterioration of their health, they seem to be an easier and saner alternative.
Please do detailed research on all this  and that way you can form a better opinion.
As far as salt goes, avoid all table salt, regardless of the claims advertised.
Use only raw, natural and unrefined sea salt like Celtic gray salt or Himalayan pink salt. They contain all the original minerals that our bodies need, unlike the table salt that is stripped from all its minerals and
contains anti-caking chemical agents for easier flowing. Who needs that?
At the same time  ensure that you are getting enough potassium in your diet, as it balances out the negative effects of the salt ( I'm putting in oversimplified terms)
Hope this helps. Any questions or comments, please post again.
Blessings
