HELP food tracker?

I am trying to put on a little weight while remaining healthy- i used food tracker today and by dinner it told me i had eaten over the recommended fat intake but under the daily calorie intake. all i've eaten is cereal, milk, orange juice, toast and soup (hardly over eating!) hmmm does tat mean i should eat less tha my recommended calories or that to hit my calories i will eat too much fat, maybe it means i should live on celery and become more under weight than i am already! ???

I tried the Food Tracker and I had no problem with it. Maybe there was a computer issue with the Tracker at the time you were doing it. Suggest you add foods to each meal and see how much calories (protein, fat, etc.) would add up for the day. For your height you need approximately 2000-1800 calories per day.

also i just checked back and it also says i've had 0 yes zero cholesterol!! hmmi think there's something wrong with the food diary - anyone else having problems with it....i put this to the nutritionist to check it because i think its potentially damaging if its not working correctly...... thanks in advance
