Blood test - Immature Granu., NRBC, Aniocytosis, WIC/WOC DELTA ALERT

Two years ago I lost so much weight and became extremely thin and could not eat for a few months and had depression/anxiety. I finally started eating well last year.

A week ago, I did a blood test because I am pregnant (9 weeks) just a general and this was the results.
Summarized: Abnormalities were suspected such as immature granulocytes, nucleated RBC, and anisocytosis. Also says WIC/WOC DELTA alert. I have been very tired for over 6 months with loose stools and my food does not digest properly 60% of what I eat is seen in my stool.

Aniocytosis is unequal sized Red blood cells and the other is White blood cells counts. Suggest running additional tests, especially a full Iron profile to find out if you have an anemia, and to find out why you are not digesting properly. These need to be treated so you are able to be healthy for yourself and your baby.
