Need to lose at least 100 lbs

Hello, I'm a 33 yr old male.  I'm 305 pounds and 5'10".   I know I need to desperately lose at least 100 pounds, but probably more like 125.   The problem I have is, whenever I change my diet I start to feel like I'm seriously withdrawing from heroin or something.   I will feel lightheaded,  and uneasy...and quite often I have blood sugar drops, even when eating every 90 minutes.

This is the diet I've been following for 2 weeks:

meal 1- eggs and oatmeal
meal 2- tuna sandwich with lowfot mayo
meal 3- chicken, brown rice and vegetables/olives
meal 4- eggs and skim milk
meal 5- turkey sandwich and a few baked chips

Also, I eat a tablespoon of peanut butter and a wedge of fruit in between each meal and each meal is about 300-330 calories,  and I guess total calories per day is 2300 or so

The scale hasn't moved much, only about 2-3 pounds in 2 weeks and I was hoping to drop 3 pounds a week.   Exercising seems crazy as weak and lightheaded as I've been feeling, but I've managed to get some in..
Can you tell me what I'm missing?  am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to stick it out and let my mind adapt?   What can I do about my stupid blood sugar dropping?

I suggest using only one piece of bread when having a sandwich and if you are still hungry have more fruits or vegetables. Chewing gum can sometimes surpress hunger as well. As much as eating well will do for you, you NEED to excercise in order to lose weight. If you are feeling this uneasy I would suggest seeing a doctor. But remember, you must start with a beginners level and gradually work your way up. And perseverance is key, its not going to get any easier until your body has gotten used to doing that level of physical activity. Good Luck!!

Suggest eating fruit and salad with your meals to give you carbohydrates. Hopefully that will help. Suggest joining a group, such as Weight Watchers, to lose weight, have support, and learn to eat right.
