RAPID WEIGHT LOSS

HELLO I AM 23YRS OLD...IN JANUARY OF THIS YRS I WAS 195LBS..BY JUNE OF THE SAME YEAR I WAS 165LBS...END OF AUGUST I WAS 159LBS...BY FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER I WAS 157LBS...AND NOW I AM 146LBS......I THINK THAT IS TOTALLY NOT NORMAL...NOT EXERCISING OF ANY KIND...EXTREMELY LAZY...STILL HAVE A HUGE APPETITE BUT THE WEIGHT KEEP FALLING OFF..NO MAJOR ILLNESS...NO SURGERY...NOT PREGNANT....I AM TERRIFIED.....PLEASE HELP ME

be SURE to have your thyroid checked!  hyperthyroidism can cause rapid weight loss like this because it affects your metabolism.  your doctor should test you for this along with the other routine blood work that is also important.

If you are not trying to loss weight by decreasing food intake and not exercising, then it has to be something medically. You really do need to be checked by your MD and have him do blood-work to see why you are losing weight.
