For your height and weight you only need to gain about 15 lbs. and you can do that by gaining lean body muscle and consuming >2200 calories per day. You did not mention if you exercise or not. By lifting weights, at a gym or at home you would be building lean body muscle weight. If you do not have a weight set, a cheap substitute is detergent bottles. Fill them with water and then use them as weights. You have to make sure you are eating enough food each day to maintain and gain weight. Hope this helped you.
