Can vitamin B6 have an effect on ones weight?

So, I was recently prescribed vitamin B6 along with isoniazid in order to treat latent TB. However, though I've only been on both for a matter of about two weeks, I've witnessed a sudden drop in my weight. Any advice or recommendations?

Your weight is just below the 75th percentile and your height is on the 90th percentile for your age. Were you ill while you were taking the supplement? If that is the case, that it may be the reason for the weight loss. You may also be hungry due to the weight loss, too. If you were not ill, suggest stopping the supplementation and see if you are able to gain the weight back and decrease your hunger. If you continue to lose weight, suggest seeing your MD.

Also, sense taking these medications, I've becoming increasingly more hungry. I can eat an entire pizza and still feel like I have a room for another.
