It is recommended only to take the 100% recommended dose of all vitamins and minerals due to possible medical issues that can occur from mega doses. The best place to get the vitamins and minerals is from your food. If you eat lots of whole wheat grains, fruits, and vegetables (5+ a day) you will be giving your body what it needs to stay healthy.
That doesn't answer my question? I mean are you saying the Vitamins that I am taking is too much? I mean how do I know how much is too much? I am wanted to know If I what I am taken is healthy or not or if it's wasted and such?
On the vitamin bottles it will state the percentage of recommended dose. If the amount is over the recommended dose, then the percentage would be >100%. Some of the supplements you are taking are high doses which are above the recommended dose and may harm you especially the fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A) and potassium. As I stated before is that you do not need supplementation as long as you are eating fruits, vegetables and whole wheat grains.
