I have stated going to the gym 6times a week(3days of weight lifting and 3days of swimming and running). I am 6ft1, weigh 11stone at the moment. I have started taking suppliments which i just wanted to make sure my mix is safe. please see below:
It sounds like you consume daily vitamins and minerals from the vegetables, nuts, and fruits. You do not need to spend the extra money on all those supplements. The mega doses (above the recommended daily level) will eventually be harmful with some of the vitamins and minerals.
Along with the above each day, i eat pumpkin&sunflower seeds,raisins,an apple,a banana,an orange,blueberries,peanuts,broccoli,carrot s,peas,sweetcorn,lettuce,
cucumber,and each day with my dinner i have something meat or fish based.
I just want to know if the list of supplements and extracts i am taking pose any danger to myself? Or if the multivitamin/supplements in conjunction with the fruit and veg i eat each day will amount to extremly high values of certain vitamins/minerals which may be harmfull or have unwanted side effects?
