Recommend eating food for your nutrients instead of those supplements. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and whole grain products for vitamins and minerals. Protein comes from dairy, egg, fish, and meat.
thought that meself took a few tho got a off stomach lol ive threw them now lol ive also been given some elemental 028 drinks they are just got aminos and vitamins in they are for people with bowel conditions that cant absorb nutrients proper would i be ok to drink these they are not out of date just i exercise allot thought the nutrients in them would be beneficial thanks for you time
