fatigue, and lack of motivation on exercise after work or anytime , age 60 plus

How can I get more motivated to work out regularly. and stick with it.
3 to 4 days at Gym. and take walks. I need to be at 125 or 129 and 27 percent body fat. I am 5 2 and not tall. help me with getting back on track.

Do you lack motivation because you are tired? If so you need to make sure you get enough sleep and take daily vitamin and mineral supplements.
