question about b12

About 10 years ago I had gastric bypass.  Two years ago I had to have a blood transfusion because of iron deff.  Other than that one problem things have gone great.  I think I ended up loosing around 170 lbs.  In 10 years I've gained 10-20 lbs.  Loosing and regaining.  When I had my surg. I was told to get a b12 injection every three monthes.  I have complied.  Over the last few monthes weired things have started happening to me ( very tired all of the time, rapid heart rate, hands and feet tingle and actually stay numb, been dig. with panick att., see spots like I have been looking at a bright light).  I have been to countless doctors all with the same answer.  These  symptoms are phsycological.  I just happen to do some research into vitamin diff.  Could b12 be my problem?

Suggest you have blood work done to find out if your Vitamin B12 levels have decreased or not.
