weight loss/ worried about not intaking enough calories a day







My name is Emily. I`m 15 years old.I`d like to lose some weight in the stomach so I may be more confident in myself. I don`t want to do this unhealthily. I am 5`4 127 pounds, I would like to be around 110.I lost 40 pounds last year. I eat around 1500 calories a day and work out 6-7 times a week for about an hour to 2 hours. I've heard this isn't enough for a teenager but i'm not sure. My mom is worried because I've lost my period. Please help me. Thanks

No worries friend, it is quiet normal. Actually belly is the last part of the body which reduces, so it will take time to lose weight in your stomach region. be patient and keep going.
