My name is Emily. I`m 15 years old.I`d like to lose some weight in the stomach so I may be more confident in myself. I don`t want to do this unhealthily. I am 5`4 127 pounds, I would like to be around 110.I lost 40 pounds last year. I eat around 1500 calories a day and work out 6-7 times a week for about an hour to 2 hours. I've heard this isn't enough for a teenager but i'm not sure. My mom is worried because I've lost my period. Please help me. Thanks
