Is this HIV OCD

Hi just came across his site...I have had many HIV tests on no real risk situations,I worry constanttly. The latest is I met a girl and we fooled around no sex but she touched me though my trousers ..anyway when she left I jerked off and notice blood coming from the tip( urethra)...and then wondered if this was from me mastrurabting or maybe she had stuck me with something unawares! The next day I tried to call her for a general chat( not about this!) but she  wouldnt speak to me so I got suspicious and now Im thinking maybe she tried to infect me.   Have I a real concern or is this OCD I am reading about here

Please see someone, i can assure you she did not ***** you at all! Its your fear, i know i have a fear of catching hiv as well, but from what you have written, i can tell you that you have nothing to worry about.

The fact that she did not want to talk to you does not mean that she injectected you i can assure you. In life we can be rejected so many times and it does not mean anything, that the person has done someting to us, so please do not worry.

See someone for your peace of mind.

Yea. And last night you could have been secretly injected with anthrax by one of your parents. Anything is POSSIBLE but you're fixitating on scenarios that have no likelihood or rational basis because you have an underlying anxiety/OCD issue. What you need is not to juggle around possiblities in your mind, but to find a therapist who can treat the issue that you're dealing with.

Tell the urologist that there was blood coming from the tip of your penis when you masturbated. I strongly doubt there's a correlation between anything she did and the blood, it is probably coincidental. But blood from your urethra is something you would usually go to see a urologist about. It may be something as simple as minor irritation.

By "hands down" I mean that I am absolutely certain that nobody infected you with HIV, and that you rather have an anxiety issue surrounding the possibility of being infected with HIV.

By somatic I mean of or relating to the body: Hypochondriasis is a very common anxiety disorder related to OCD in which the person fixates on small problems with their body and inflates them into much larger issues. They may become concerned that they've been infected with a certain disease, that they have a terminal illness, etc...Often they seek medical help, and continue to return despite repeated prognoses that they indeed are suffering no real medical ailment.

I am 99% sure what you're suffering from is hypochondriasis/OCD, or as the other poster put it "HIV Anxiety"

As far as blood on the tip of your penis, it doesn't sound very serious, but if you are concerned about this you can make an appointment with a urologist and tell him what happened. This is NOT because someone stuck you with a needle.

Anxiety.

In the same realm as OCD,  and Somatic symptoms are a common focus of OCD, or hypochondriasis.

Hands down, nobody infected you with HIV.

See a therapist.

Um, you definitely would've seen and felt something if she had.  You've injured yourself masturbating, plain and simple.

oh dear.
you are suffering from HIV anxiety.
You did not have a risk.  People are not that malicious and go around infecting others with HIV (well, some are, but thats pretty rare)
The fact that you have had a lot of tests for no risk situations indicate that you are suffering from HIV Anxiety/OCD.  Please speak with a counselor about this.  You can not go on living your life wondering if everything and everyone is out to get you with HIV.  I know...i've been there.
