Shoulder blade area and ankle feels uncomfortable
Im an 18 yo girl and i have this problem in my shoulder blade area about a month or so, it feels very uncomfortable especially at night and when i tried to massage it it feels very painful after the massage if i just grab it it hurts. And my ankle sometimes feels like it have to click but it cant, when i walk it would suddenly hurt and make me lose balance, they are both on the right side my left side doesnt feel this way.
