Is this a fracture? (x-ray image included)

Hello,
my joint thumb pain is increasing, I made the x-ray, but my usual doctor seems not very skilled.
This is the x-ray: https://i.postimg.cc/vmNXSMZJ/frattura.png
What do you think, is it a small fracture?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Why do you feel your doctor is not skilled? It's hard to interpret from the x ray but it looks fairly normal.  Can you go to a different doctor for further evaluation? Here are some x ray pics to compare it to. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/thumb-series  Has the pain resolved? Does ibuprofen or an Nsaid help it?
