My serratus anterior is torn

I am a 42 year old woman with two children at home who solely depend on me. I worked as a massage therapist for the past 7 years at Massage Envy. I have never made enough money to qualify for Marketplace Insurance. I make roughly 14k a year. I had a car accident over 5 years ago that left me with two herniated discs in my neck that only cause me pain if I overdo certain exercises. My case was closed after physical therapy but no one would hear my plea for my shoulder. Over the years, it has only become worse and my scapula is now winged and I cannot lift my arm more than 90 degrees out.I am quite certain my serratus anterior is torn. when I lift my arm above my head, my right arm is about four inches longer than my left and my entire shoulder girdle shifts out and up.  I never had an MRI, or CT scan, but being a License Massage Therapist, I know a little bit about these types of injuries. I can no longer work, let alone perform any light duties with that arm or shoulder. I was once very active and ran marathons. I am sad, depressed, and I don't know where to turn. Is there a physician out there who will take me pro bono?
