numbness in lefthand pinky.

my left hand pink finger got numb all of a sudden i thought it fell asleep at first but the numbness never went away. i know i fell yesterday and hurted my left ear and shoulder but when i woke up i was fine i just was sore in my left shoulder could that be the reason and when does the numbness go away. i type a little bit not more than an hour a day though could that be the reason. please help its bothering me. i dont like the feeling.

I had surgery in my shoulder 2 years ago (impingement) I  now have 1/2 inch less on my clavicle.  I am getting drooping in my shoulder and for the last 9 months numbness in my pinkie, ring and middle finger.   Help!

You should consult a neurologist as there could be several causes of your painlike,.degenerative spine changes,neuropathy,nerve compression etc.You should go for a evaluation and get the diagnosis confirmed.Neck exercises will help you.
