synvisc for shoulder

i have two arthritic shoulders with little or no cartilage left.  i would like to think there is a usitable treatment using Synvisc or something akin to that.  anyone have experience with Synvisc use in shoulders?   or is there another treatment like it?   thanks for your input

There is no such thing as cartilege replacement. I would give synvisc a try.

Yes, one could use synvisc in the shoulder joints as well, though a better recommended procedure would be cartilage replacement. I would suggest discussing the situation and the appropriate management plan with your treating orthopedician.
